Our Franchise Lead ensures daily execution of distribution operations. Successful achievement in Operations, Cost and Service is executed in collaboration with Functional Business Partners and Commercial Partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide active leadership for distribution operations.
- Translate and integrate Franchise / Customer requirements into the Distribution execution process.
- Provide input to the execution of business plans.
- Provide leadership to assure Distribution operations meet business priorities (i.e., Launches and prioritization of inbound / outbound)
- Ensure execution of activities that bring about a successful new product introduction for the Franchise.
- Deliver on time completion of project actions owned by the site.
- Meet / Exceed all operations metrics outlined for the operation.
- Meet all financial obligations for site operations. Identify and quantify site related opportunities (Service, Productivity, Compliance).
- Responsible for Site Compliance to Local, State, Federal, Corporate Driven and Insurance Requirements
- Ensure compliance to SOX / FDA / GMP audits at the Distribution Center.
- Responsible to meet all dimensions of HS&E as governed by the J&J Standards.
- Enable a culture of Process Excellence to include best industry practices. Facilitate best practices to the operation.
Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. Focus degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field is preferred.Minimum of 5 years of related work experience required.Supply Chain experience within Production or Warehouse / Logistics Operations is requiredProven success in building collaborative relationships across functional and organizational lines is requiredKnowledge of good manufacturing / distribution practices and documentation is requiredMust be an innovative problem solver delivering user-focused solutionsMedical Device experience is preferredProven distribution experience and / or performance in highly automated supply chain processes is preferredContinuous Improvement Principles is preferredThis role may require up to 10% of domestic and / or international travelThis role requires the ability to meet the physical demands of our fast-paced distribution environment : walk, stand, sit, use hands to finger, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, talk, and hearJob Location
