- Manage employee onboarding processes, including conducting background checks and ensuring I-9 compliance.
- Maintain accurate personnel files and ensure all records are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
- Handle confidential correspondence and safeguard sensitive HR information.
- Utilize HRIS systems to input, update, and retrieve employee data efficiently.
- Assist with ensuring compliance with HR regulations and company standards.
- Support administrative functions related to HR such as filing, document organization, and recordkeeping.
- Collaborate with team members to address HR-related inquiries and issues.
- Monitor and maintain HR compliance documentation as required.
- Provide assistance in organizing and maintaining confidential files and correspondence.
- Ensure smooth communication within the HR department and contribute to overall efficiency.
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems to manage employee data and records.
- Experience with onboarding processes, including conducting background checks and verifying I-9 documentation.
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance requirements and standards.
