Overview :
Brochu Walker is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Merchandising Manager to support and enhance our digital commerce experience. This role will play a key part in executing our online sales strategy, ensuring a seamless customer journey. The Site Merchandising Manager will be responsible for managing product uploads, optimizing site merchandising, monitoring online performance, and supporting digital marketing initiatives.

Full-Time | Salary : $105,000 – $115,000 per year
Reports to : Chief Marketing Officer
Responsibilities :
- Develop & optimize overall site experience.
- Partner with marketing and merchandising to conduct site analysis and create strategy to streamline and enhance site experience through asset planning, mapping and prioritization.
- Oversee the end-to-end process of all product uploads, including product descriptions, pricing, categorization, and image optimization to maintain a best in class site experience.
- Serve as a key contributor to regular site updates and new launches.
- Execute on site merchandising driven by data, assortment information, aesthetic and customer mindset.
- Track and report key performance metrics such as conversion rates, site traffic, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams to ensure the website reflects the brand’s vision and seasonal collections.
- Conduct regular site audits to ensure functionality, accuracy, and optimal performance.
- Ensure all business partners are clear on all site launch dates and details – and communicate with cross-functional teams, regularly. Understand site calendar and deliverables.
- Collaborate with team on site presentation strategy across categories to ensure categorization, sequencing, copy, imagery and cross-selling are optimal and customer facing.
- Oversee on-site content placement (banners, landing pages, navigation, cross-sells, and upsells) to align with key marketing campaigns and inventory priorities.
- Collaborate with design and development teams on QA for new pages, features, and creative assets.
- Identify opportunities to improve site search, filtering, and navigation based on analytics and customer insights.
- Maintain a deep understanding of seasonal assortment, customer mindset, and competitor positioning to inform strategy.
Key Attributes & Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital merchandising, preferably within luxury or contemporary fashion.Proven experience with Shopify Plus; knowledge of Shopify apps, integrations, and merchandising tools is required.Strong understanding of Google Analytics, GA4 , and related reporting tools.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s degree.Passion for luxury fashion and understanding of high-end consumer behavior.Creative problem-solver with a strong aesthetic sensibility.
