Sales Executive Requirements & Qualifications
Proven track record in B2B sales or business development.Strong prospecting skills and ability to meet / exceed activity and revenue goals.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking activity and managing pipelines.Ability to calculate rates, ratios, percentages, and margins accurately.Sales Executive Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Execute daily prospecting activities (calls, emails, in-person visits, mailers) to secure appointments.Conduct building surveys and prepare detailed proposals for managed janitorial services.Manage all steps of the sales process, from survey through proposal delivery and follow-up.Prepare and present quarterly territory plans to sales leadership.Maintain detailed, accurate CRM records after every prospect interaction.Conduct weekly territory planning and participate in required meetings and training sessions.
