As a dynamic and growing organization, we are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team and contribute to critical IT infrastructure initiatives. This is a work-from-home opportunity for Project Managers who reside in the State of Colorado only. This is a contract opportunity with medical, dental, vision, PTO, holiday pay and 401k benefits
Position Overview : The IT Project Manager will oversee and manage IT Infrastructure projects in a dynamic Azure Cloud environment. This role requires hands-on experience in Agile Scrum methodology, with a focus on Cybersecurity, Networking, and Telephony / Mobility initiatives. The ideal candidate is a certified project management professional who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and can drive projects to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, manage, and execute IT Infrastructure projects, including Cybersecurity, Networking, and Telephony / Mobility initiatives.
- Work within an Azure Cloud environment to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Leverage Agile Scrum methodologies to drive project progress, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand-ups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring adherence to project plans.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability across project teams.
Qualifications :
Project Management Certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent) is required.2-5 years of Project Management experienceProven hands-on experience managing IT Infrastructure projects, including :CybersecurityNetworkingTelephony / MobilityStrong understanding and experience with Azure Cloud environments.Experience in Agile Scrum practices, including leading sprint ceremonies and managing scrum teams.Project Mangement financial trackingExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party deliverables.Strong problem-solving and risk-management abilities.Preferred Skills :
Experience in the healthcare industry or familiarity with healthcare IT systems.Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project).Experience with ITIL or IT Service Management processes.The starting hourly rate for this position is $50 / hour.
