SUMMARY : As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with our clients and driving sales growth within your assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities :
Client Relationship Management :
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, including corporate clients, event planners, venues, and individuals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to review upcoming events, discuss menu options, and address any concerns or issues.
Sales Growth :
Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth within assigned accounts, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing business.
Prospect and qualify leads, making cold calls and attending networking events to generate new business leads.
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing quotes to clients, negotiating terms to secure new business and renewals.
Event Planning and Coordination :
Work closely with clients to plan and coordinate catering services for their events, including menu selection, staffing requirements, and logistics.
Collaborate with internal teams, including chefs, event coordinators, and operations staff, to ensure seamless execution of events.
Conduct site visits and walk-throughs with clients to assess event space and discuss setup and logistics.
Marketing and Promotion :
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials to attract new clients and drive sales.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our catering services and build relationships with potential clients.
Administrative Tasks :
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, event details, and sales activities in our CRM system.
Prepare and update sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress against goals.
CRM Management :
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities in the CRM system.
Track progress towards targets and report on key performance metrics.
REQUIREMENTS :
Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative or relevant role
Proficiency in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
