job_description.job_card.job_descriptionGreet and assist visitors, employees, and / or clients in a professional manner at the front desk within a financial institution location. Monitor access to the premises by verifying identification and maintaining visitor logs as required by site-specific policies. Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific protocols to help to deter unauthorized entry and report any suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as necessary according to established procedures. Provide customer service by answering inquiries, offering directions, and / or assisting with general information requests. Support emergency response activities as needed, following Allied Universal and client protocols for financial institution environments. Complete required documentation, including incident and / or activity reports, in a timely and accurate manner. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
