People Operations Manager
Zachary Piper Solutions is hiring a People Operations Manager for a growing satellite communications company based in Denver Colorado. This role blends office management, people operations, and executive support. You'll help scale the culture, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and create the experiences that make working at the company meaningful.
Responsibilities of the People Operations Manager include :
- Own HR onboarding, ensuring a smooth first-day experience
- Manage benefits administration and employee support
- Maintain and update the employee handbook
- Coordinate performance review processes (scheduling, reminders, documentation)
- Support recruiting (scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate logistics, ensuring a great candidate experience)
- Office & Facilities
- Oversee office operations, including snack / beverage replenishment and space planning
- Source and coordinate office space as we grow
- Manage vendors and handle shipping / logistics as needed
- Executive Support
- Coordinate executive schedules (internal and external)
- Book lodging, flights, and other travel logistics for executives
- Support board meetings (scheduling, materials preparation, documentation)
- Prepare expense reports and manage reimbursements
Qualifications for the People Operations Manager include :
3+ years of experience in office management, people operations, or executive support (startup experience required)Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-throughExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable managing multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced environmentStrong sense of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive informationA team player who brings energy, positivity, and creativity to building company cultureCompensation for the People Operations Manager includes :
Salary : $85,000 - 100,000Comprehensive Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays
