We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Permanent Industrial Engineer to join our fast-paced and innovative Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering, with a focus on improving efficiency and reducing waste within our operations. This is an exciting opportunity to apply and develop your skills in a challenging and varied role.

Responsibilities :

As a Permanent Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for the following :

1. Analyzing and evaluating existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement efficient solutions.

2. Collaborating with various teams to design, develop, and implement new processes and systems to increase productivity and reduce costs.

3. Providing technical support and guidance to other team members, including training and mentoring junior engineers.

4. Developing and delivering clear and effective presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

5. Conducting research to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

6. Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary.

7. Ensuring all activities and operations comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Qualifications :

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications :

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in the Engineering industry.

3. Proven experience in designing and implementing efficient industrial systems and processes.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.

5. Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex technical information to a variety of audiences.

6. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

7. Proficiency in using industrial engineering software and tools.

8. Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
