Thermoforming Set-Up Operator

Position – Thermoforming Set-Up Operator

Job Location – New Berlin, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire, Direct Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 2nd Shift (3 : 00pm – 12 : 00pm)

Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $20-$26 per hour

Required Education – High School Diploma / GED

Required Experience – At least 3-5 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust thermoforming machines according to production requirements, as well as perform tool changes and machine calibrations when necessary
• Monitor production runs for to ensure quality and consistency
• Edit CNC programs using offsets and G&M Codes
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly
• Complete other assigned tasks as requested
