Position Summary :

Samsung seeks a talented junior to mid-level litigator to manage a docket of patent infringement matters out of our Mountain View location. As a part of this team, you will be tasked to own and solve problems. You will be at the forefront of federal court practice along with the potential of being a part of grounding breaking patent law issues. In addition, this lawyer will have the opportunity to work on non-patent intellectual property matters, including Samsung’s anti-counterfeit / brand enforcement efforts. Position Responsibilities :

• Manage high exposure patent litigation matters
• Oversee the preparation of witnesses for depositions, hearings, and trial
• Formulate winning litigation strategies and tactics
• Assist in drafting and reviewing briefs, motions, and court pleadings
• Manage litigation fees and costs
• Coordinate internal document collection and production
• Advise management and internal teams on impactful issues
• Assist with anti-counterfeit / brand enforcement matters
• Attend industry conferences to gain insights and network with peers

Within the base pay range, individual rates depend on a number of factors—including the role’s function and location as well as the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, education and training. This is part of our comprehensive compensation package with annual bonus eligibility and generous benefits to help you live life well.
