Typical Day :

Oversee and participate in loading vehicles and preparing for the job site.

Represent the company professionally on-site through good communication with clients and team members, maintaining clean work sites and equipment.

Follow processes for maintaining each property responsibly.

Return to the shop once the route is complete.

Ensure trucks are cleaned daily for efficient job flow.

Maintain communication with Account Managers.

Qualifications :

1-3 years of Lawn Maintenance experience required.

1-3 years of leadership experience preferred.

Experience operating lawn mowers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, and specialized equipment.

Willing to expand horticultural knowledge.

Ability to develop a general understanding of job flow and processes.

Knowledge of safe equipment use on job sites.

Ability to remain professional in difficult circumstances.

Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including prolonged standing and lifting over 50 pounds.
