Our client is a stable, growing GovCon seeking a Sr. Capture Manager to join their Business Development team. This role will lead and manage efforts within the Federal Civilian agencies, develop and execute winning strategies to drive new business.
Experience with Federal Civilian agencies is highly referred.
This is a permanent, direct hire opportunity, based 4 days onsite in Northern VA.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive capture strategies tailored to specific Federal Civilian agency opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis, competitive analysis, and customer analysis to identify key opportunities, define win themes, value propositions, and differentiators based on customer requirements and competitive landscape.
- Work with the business development team to identify and qualify new opportunities within Federal Civilian agencies
- Maintain and update the capture pipeline, ensuring all opportunities are aligned with the company's growth objectives and strategic goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications during the capture process.
- Collaborate with the proposal team to develop compliant, compelling, and high-quality responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other solicitations.
- Provide strategic guidance, input, and leadership during proposal development, ensuring alignment with the capture strategy.
- Develop and deliver presentations, white papers, and other materials to support the capture effort
- Lead cross-functional teams, including technical, operational, financial, and proposal resources, to execute the capture plan.
