Design Services Designer Job at Motion Recruitment in Mountain View

Our client, a leader in financial tax software , is looking to hire a Service Designer . This job is a 6-month W2 contract role with benefits & paid holidays!

As a Service Designer , you will be responsible for leading the scoping, planning, and delivery of service design projects for mid-market customers. You'll have the chance to bring your expertise in Service Design to drive vision and strategy for a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment in the SaaS world!

Design experience or ecosystem maps, user journeys and service blueprints, interaction models, process flows, storyboards, and prototypes

Clearly articulate an end-to-end service and experience to teams across the organization to achieve broad understanding, buy-in, and alignment

Foster strong cross-functional relationships with the research and design teams and other units such as service experience management, business system analytics, product management, and service delivery

Bachelor's Degree in Human Interaction Design, Product Design, or relevant field

~5+ years of experience in Interaction Design, Product Design, Service Design or related field

~ Working knowledge of designing in Figma, Sketch, and / or the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc) .

~ Must have a creative online portfolio that demonstrates your strengths in service design!
