Position Summary :

The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical systems and equipment in a manufacturing facility. This includes pumps, conveyors, motors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and other production machinery. The role ensures equipment reliability, supports safety compliance, and contributes to operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform repairs or part replacements.
• Install, align, and calibrate new equipment and systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Operate hoisting and lifting devices such as cranes and jacks during equipment setup and repair.
• Use precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, dial indicators) to inspect and adjust components.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts usage.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00 / hr.
