A company is looking for a Customer Care Associate (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing questions and processing policy changes
Document calls, troubleshoot issues, and maintain proficient knowledge of company products and processing guidelines
Assist with daily workflow, including scanning and indexing documents and monitoring for trends or potential fraud
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of customer service experience required
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
