Quality Assurance Lead

We're hiring a Quality Assurance Lead for a temp-to-hire position with our client in Timonium, MD.

Pay : $19 - $23 per hour (based on experience)

Shift : 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM | 7 days a week (rotating or flexible schedule)

What You'll Do :

• Conduct repetitive inspections to detect defects and ensure products meet quality standards
• Document both conforming and non-conforming issues within set timelines
• Identify and segregate damaged or incorrect products before packaging
• Validate quality processes and production standards at critical control points
• Complete and file daily audit reports at the end of each shift
• Collaborate with your team to promote operational excellence and customer satisfaction
• Lead QA walkthroughs to maintain continuous quality improvement
