Walmart Connect is a leading ad tech platform, committed to delivering innovative solutions and ensuring the highest standards of compliance and integrity. We are seeking an accomplished Senior Manager of Ad Policy to provide strategic guidance and operational leadership for key ad policy programs and initiatives. This role will help drive the continued evolution of Ad Policy, shaping scalable processes across development, enablement, and enforcement to meet the needs of a growing and complex business. The Senior Manager will partner cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Sales, and other teams to ensure our advertising policies are clear, consistent, and applied effectively. This role requires strong judgment, cross-functional influence, and the ability to connect strategy to execution.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00$216,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Minimum Qualifications :
Option 1 : Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field and 3 years' experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Option 2 : 6 years' experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
