Key Responsibilities
Process incoming and outbound enrollment paperwork with high accuracy
Train employers and employees on using a phone app and computer portal
Manage a Google calendar for scheduling appointments
Required Qualifications
At least two years of experience in customer service
High School diploma with some college courses; college degree preferred
Ability to handle a heavy volume of paperwork effectively
Knowledge of advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite
Experience working with people who have limited English proficiency and various disabilities
