As the Conserva Office Administrator and Customer Support Expert you are a self-starter with outstanding organizational skills who has experience with office management and Customer Service. You will be primarily responsible for the operation of our office and customer service with duties including answering incoming calls, working in our Online Software Suite to schedule customers, invoice through QB Online and commence the initial sales process. There are a variety of other Management Responsibilities including, purchasing, inventory, and operations management to ensure maximum productivity.

Manage Office OperationsGreeting visitors, answering a seasonally high-volume of incoming phone calls and delivering world-class service to our customersProvide administrative support in lead generation, customer loyalty, accounting, daily office procedures, etc.Coordinate NJ One Call Notification prior to InstallationsMaintain databases such as Contact Management System, Access, etc.Manage customer mailings, incoming mail, and email and marketing functionsManage calendar of eventsUpdate and manage various reports and programs (sales, phone, loyalty, etc.)Inventory Management and supply orderingREQUIREMENTS
2+ of experience in office administration preferably in a (home) service oriented businessOutstanding organizational skills manage multiple priorities in a timely fashionExposure to customized Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) systems / Strong Computer SkillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointProblem solver and systematic in approach
