Key Responsibilities :
- Test Development & Execution :
Configure and operate specialized test equipment, including high voltage (HV) test cells, battery simulators, 3-phase loads, and environmental chambers.
Update test sequence programs in AVL and NI LabVIEW.Set up and operate data acquisition systems (e.g., oscilloscopes, power analyzers) to capture critical test parameters.Prepare and flash microcontroller software and calibrations for devices under test (DUTs).Perform testing in strict accordance with documented procedures and safety protocols.Data Analysis & Reporting :Process and analyze test data, ensuring accuracy and integrity of results.
Prepare and present detailed test reports to multi-functional teams and leadership.Lab Operations & Management :Provide technical direction and work instructions to lab technicians for test setup and execution.
Coordinate and lead recurring test scheduling and status review meetings.Lead the procurement of new equipment, including defining requirements, vendor interaction, and initiating purchase requests.Manage the design and procurement of test fixtures, collaborating with CAD designers and fabrication shops.Interface with facility engineering for test cell repairs, maintenance, calibration, and installation activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define equipment and facility resource needs, leading lab upgrade and expansion projects.Support lab safety initiatives and promote safe testing practices.Contribute to Root Cause Analysis (RCA) efforts to identify and resolve quality-related issues. The minimum requirements we seek
