Job Description :

The HR Administrator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the HR department, with a focus on assisting senior leadership. This role offers exposure to multiple HR functions, making it an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional eager to grow within human resources.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide administrative support to senior HR leadership, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
• Prepare offer letters, onboarding materials, and orientation schedules for new hires.
• Maintain employee files and HR records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with I-9 verification, background checks, and compliance documentation.
• Support HR initiatives such as benefits administration, training coordination, and performance review cycles.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide customer service support to internal staff.
• Update and maintain HRIS data (UKG experience preferred).
• Collaborate with internal communications to support engagement and company-wide announcements.
• Perform general office support tasks and serve as a backup for reception, as needed.
