This onsite Project Analyst (PA) position based in Richardson, Texas (Cityline Bldg) will provide analytical and program support to Cost Account Managers (CAM) on a variety of tasks. Plan, compile, format and manipulate technical / analytical data. Interpret and maintain program requirements for project repositories. Acts as the liaison between Engineering and the Value Stream Office flowing overall program / project status. Track tasks and requirements to ensure the teams are on target to meet their deadlines. Serves as the focal for analyzing and reporting and presenting program metrics.

What You Will Do

• Analysis and modeling of site-specific space needs and timelines
• Developing programmatic approaches to addressing communication issues
• Track and manage all Engineering Coordination Memos (ECMs) and closure plan
• Assist and model Current Execution Index (CEI) tracking
• Orchestrate Risk and Opportunity (R&O) at the program level
• Backup staffing focal
• Various program tasks as directed by engineering leadership

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
