Shift : 2nd and 3rd available

Pay : $19-23 / hr

Job Description

Machine Setup : Prepare extruders for operation by loading materials and adjusting settings based on product requirements.

Operation Monitoring : Continuously monitor the extrusion process, making adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and consistency.

Quality Control : Inspect extruded products for defects and make necessary adjustments to machine settings.

Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve minor operational issues or malfunctions.

Routine Maintenance : Perform tasks like cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts on extrusion machinery.

Record Keeping : Maintain records of production data, machine settings, and maintenance activities.

Safety : Follow safety protocols and procedures.

Communication : Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production and address any issues.

Required Skills : Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Attention to detail and precision.

Problem-solving abilities. Good communication skills. Ability to follow instructions and procedures.

Basic math skills. Other Important Considerations :
