Mitel Field Technician – Your Path To Tech Success

At Towner Communications, our Mitel Field Technicians don't sit on the sidelines. You'll lead complex projects, support major clients, and work hands-on with industry-leading platforms like MiVoice Business MiCollab , and Mitel Border Gateway . From advanced troubleshooting to full-scale installations, this role is for pros who know how to handle unified communications with precision.

In this role, you'll :

• Install and configure Mitel MiVoice Business MiCollab , and MBG systems
• Diagnose and resolve VoIP, UC, and connectivity issues—onsite and remotely.
• Lead multi-location deployments and high-impact client projects.
• Support physical installs, low-voltage cabling, and network integration.
• Collaborate with project managers, network engineers, and support teams.
• Provide documentation, training, and follow-up support to ensure long-term success.

You'll be the go-to resource for clients who need more than just quick fixes—they'll count on you for expertise, responsiveness, and real results.

Where You'll Work – Kansas City Based or Remote

We're headquartered in Kansas City , and that's where most of our field service magic happens. If you're local, you'll be jumping into on-site installs, hands-on support, and working directly with our project and service teams.

We're also hiring remote Mitel Field Technicians with the experience and drive to support clients across the country. As long as you can manage complex deployments, provide responsive remote support, and collaborate effectively with our in-house crew—we want to hear from you.
