Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Title Agent / Closer to handle residential and / or commercial real estate transactions from contract to close. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, as you will be the key liaison between buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and coordinate real estate closings

Review title commitments and clear title issues

Prepare settlement statements (CD / HUD) and closing documents

Disburse funds and ensure accurate recording of documents

Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

Deliver exceptional service to clients, lenders, and realtors

Qualifications :

2+ years of experience in title, escrow, or closing

Licensed Title Agent (if required in your state) preferred

Familiarity with title software (e.g., SoftPro, RamQuest, Qualia, Resware)

Experience handling end-to-end closing process

Strong knowledge of title insurance, real estate contracts, and loan documents

Excellent communication and client-service skills
