Business Functional Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Functional Analyst to support compliance with audit findings related to HR vendor contracts and Workday interfaces.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze AI Agent output for PII in HR vendor contracts and Workday interfaces

Align interface findings with contracts and assess compliance with Records Retention Policy

Track and organize findings; prepare documentation and reports

Required Qualifications :

Strong analytical and documentation skills

Familiarity with Workday (not required to configure)

Ability to interpret and assess contractual language

Experience with Records Retention and Destruction concepts preferred

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
