Construction Project Executive

Lead and manage multiple multi-family construction projects across the Chicagoland area.

Oversee project teams including Project Managers, Superintendents, and support staff.

Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project success.

Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality standards.

Provide strategic input on project planning, risk management, and resource allocation.

Support business development and client relationship management.

8+ years of experience in construction management, with at least 3 years in a Project Executive or Senior Project Manager role.

Strong background in multi-family residential construction.

Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Competitive base salary of $140,000 - $160,000.
