Job Description

Lead all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation.

Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Monitor job site safety and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.

Proven experience with low, mid, or high-rise building projects.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master's degree a plus).

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Experience with budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.

OSHA 30 certification preferred.

PMP or CCM certification is a plus.

Willingness to travel up to 25%.
