Key Responsibilities
Support customers with Medicare or Marketplace health insurance plans during AEP / OEP season
Explain features and advantages of medical plans and assist in member enrollment and support
Conduct cost / plan analysis to identify the best products for members during yearly reviews
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Resident Health Insurance License in hand with CE completed
Charismatic and persuasive individuals with sales skills
Intermediate / advanced technical proficiency to navigate multiple systems
Open availability between 7am-12am EST, 7 days a week during the season
