The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on leader with a verifiable track record of success in driving digital growth, optimizing online sales performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll oversee all aspects of our e-commerce channels — from website management to marketplace expansion — to ensure strong, sustained revenue growth.   Key Responsibilities Lead the overall e-commerce strategy, execution, and performance across all online channels Oversee daily operations of company websites and marketplaces to maximize UX, conversion, and revenue Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations to develop campaigns and promotional initiatives Analyze KPIs and performance data to identify trends and drive data-informed decisions Manage and optimize product listings, pricing strategies, SEO, and paid advertising Oversee platform integrations with ERP, CRM (HubSpot), inventory, and fulfillment systems Drive continuous improvement in website functionality and customer experience Stay ahead of emerging e-commerce technologies and best practices Present insights, performance reports, and forecasts to executive leadership   Qualifications 8–10 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital sales leadership, preferably in furniture, interiors, or consumer goods Proven success in scaling online revenue and managing multi-channel operations Proficiency in Shopify, BigCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, or similar platforms Familiarity with Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Looker Studio Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)   If you’re passionate about e-commerce innovation and ready to lead a brand that’s revolutionizing workspaces, apply today and send your resume to join the VersaDesk team.   Powered by JazzHR
