Job Title : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Flexible PT or FT

Location : Lake County Area

Salary Range : $80,000 $100,000 annually

Position Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This position offers flexible scheduling with the option to work part-time or full-time, depending on your career goals and availability.

Youll have the opportunity to design treatment plans, provide supervision and training to RBTs, collaborate with families, and make a meaningful impact in a clinic-based setting.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct FBAs and skills assessments, then create individualized treatment plans.
  • Supervise, train, and support RBTs to ensure fidelity of implementation.
  • Monitor client progress and make data-driven updates.
  • Collaborate closely with families and team members.
  • Maintain clinical documentation per BACB and insurance guidelines.

    • Qualifications :

  • Current BCBA certification through the BACB.
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Experience supervising RBTs and working in clinic or community ABA settings.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
