Job Title :

Position Overview :

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team.
  • This full-time position requires a strong ability to manage multiple clients and projects, with the opportunity for overtime during tax season.
  • The role offers flexibility in the summer with part-time hours and hybrid remote work options.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the workflow for client tax preparation Assist clients with intake forms and onboarding Assist with tax preparer meeting scheduling Print and help clients sign tax returns Create invoices, receive payments, make deposits Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear and timely communication.  This requires phone calls, emails, and slack messages Stay organized and prioritize tasks during tax season to ensure filing deadlines are met Qualifications : Prior experience in tax office preferred, but not required.  This position is open to anyone that is willing to work hard, learn, stay organized, and help clients.  We are a fast growing firm, and this is a great way to join our team and grow your career.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Gmail, GCal, and Slack preferred, but not required Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
