We are looking for an office manager. You will act as the ‘face’ of our company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome. You will also coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, appointments, and patient experiences.
As office manager, you should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to supervise and lead our team. Our ideal candidate can deal efficiently with patients and have a solid customer service approach.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our office provides professional and friendly service to all of our patients.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Answer and manage all phone calls and provide information for clients.
- Greet all patients warmly and energetically and assist with any questions they may have.
- Accept and process all payments.
- Keep all patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Accurately schedule all patient appointments.
- Confirm online and phone appointments.
- Attend marketing events when needed.
- Perform bookkeeping, appointments, and clerical duties.
- Understand and educate patients with products and policies.
- Display excellent leadership and communication skills in all aspects of the job.
Requirements :
Previous experience in customer service / management. Bilingual English / Spanish speaker a plus.Ability to build rapport with patients.High level of understanding with insurance verifications and cash treatment plans.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to be resourceful and proactive in solving issues.Excellent leadership and management skills.
