Our Ft. Lauderdale office seeks a passionate Litigation Associate. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years experience in insurance defense. With us, you'll gain invaluable exposure to hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial preparations from the outset.
Your Day-to-Day :
- Draft and review vital pleadings and motions, respond to discoveries, and drive motions.
- Lead and attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings, and negotiate settlements.
- Master tools like Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Requirements
What You Bring :
Strong skills in legal research, writing, and persuasive oral advocacy.One or more years of experience in insurance defense litigationA hunger for growth, a client-first mindset, and impeccable organizational skills.Membership of the Florida Bar in good standingBenefits
