Responsibilities
The primary duties of the Marketing Coordinator include working with the Area Business Development Leader, Area Marketing Services Manager, Client Team Leaders, Project Managers, and technical staff to prepare proposals, qualifications, and interview presentations. Routine tasks include developing and coordinating proposal / interview graphics, writing and editing marketing proposal documents, assisting with development of project pursuit plans, and creating proposal documents using desktop publishing software. Marketing coordinators also research, lay-out, and produce technical documents and reports, provide periodic support on project work and public involvement, as necessary. Marketing coordinators work with the marketing section to maintain our marketing database and to also coordinate our technical staff conference attendance / sponsorships.
