We are currently seeking a Salesforce Architect - Hybrid Role to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Service Cloud and systems integrations. The role requires strong leadership in designing scalable Salesforce solutions, leading architecture discussions, and delivering seamless integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with strategic vision and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Day to Day / Job Function.

Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture for Service Cloud and related modules.

Lead the design and implementation of integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST / SOAP APIs, middleware such as Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.).

Provide technical leadership in Salesforce best practices, data modeling, security, and performance optimization.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and developers to align architecture with business needs.

Ensure adherence to Salesforce architecture principles, integration standards, and coding best practices.

Conduct design and code reviews, ensuring high-quality technical deliverables.

Define governance frameworks for Salesforce releases and integrations.

Support pre-sales and solutioning activities by contributing to proposals, solution demos, and technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years experience working in enterprise architecture frameworks and integration patterns.

10+ years' experience in a Salesforce consulting role

8+ years in Salesforce architecture.

8+ years experience working in Salesforce Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Case Management, and CTI integrations.

8 + years experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, Jitterbit).

8+ years of experience working in Salesforce data model, Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and security model.

5+ years experience working in CI / CD, DevOps practices (Copado, Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).

Preferred Skills :

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders.

Experience in multi-cloud implementations (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Cloud).

Knowledge of event-driven architecture and asynchronous integrations (Platform Events, Kafka).

Exposure to industry-specific solutions (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud)."

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Salesforce Certifications.

Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or progress toward CTA.

Certifications such as Salesforce Integration Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect.
