Security Officer
The Security Officer is responsible for the safety and security of all patients, visitors, staff and guests, as well as all areas of the hospital facility and grounds. This position must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care and service appropriate to the age of the patients served in his / her area.
Job Type : Full Time, 76 hours every two weeks
Shift Length : 8 and 12 hour shifts
Weekend Frequency : Every other weekend
Wage Range : $14.75 - $19.62
Education Requirements :
- High school diploma / GED or higher education
- BLS / CPR through the American Heart Association
- Valid State of Michigan drivers license
- Two years of security experience preferred
Documentation
Employee completes all departmental and organizational documentation (including, but not limited to occurrence reports, close observation summaries and education logs) in a timely, objective and accurate manner, including all pertinent information.Productivity
