About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Technician to join our team in advancing carbon removal technology. This hands-on position combines mechanical expertise with analytical problem-solving to support our mission of combating climate change through innovative biochar solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot biochar production equipment and systems
• Conduct quality control testing and analyze process data to optimize operations
• Perform routine mechanical maintenance and repairs on production machinery
• Monitor system performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
• Document procedures, maintenance activities, and technical findings
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement process enhancements
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental standards
