Maintenance Team Lead - 2nd Shift

Your Role

As the second shift Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of the maintenance department, including production lines, equipment, buildings, and grounds. You will manage scheduling and personnel to meet production demands, maintain the preventative maintenance system, and help the plant meet or exceed safety and uptime goals. You'll also monitor and control maintenance expenses, including overtime and parts costs. In this onsite position, you will report to the Maintenance Manager in Quincy, Michigan.

What You will Do

• Supervise repairs across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Manage equipment data and maintenance tasks using CMMS
• Coordinate team training and development
• Ensure safety compliance and deliver training
• Resolve performance issues and drive improvements
• Recommend spare parts inventory levels
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces (5S standards)
• Communicate and enforce policies

Physical Requirements

This role requires regular talking, hearing, standing, and walking. You may occasionally sit, use hands for fine motor tasks, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, taste, and smell. Lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds may be required. Visual demands include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Compensation :

Pay Range : $63,000-$93,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to : location, relevant experience / level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
