Base pay range
$105,000.00 / yr - $125,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities
- The Mechanical Project Manager coordinates and directs a project team's mechanical engineering, design, procurement, and construction efforts to meet a customer's project objectives in accordance with the contract terms.
- Provides, endorses, and enforces project principles, practices, and guidelines to ensure efficient and safe use of resources.
- Apply judgment and experience to ensure alternatives are considered and optimal solutions are achieved within schedule and budget constraints.
- Work with team members and management to identify execution weaknesses and strengthen areas through process and personnel improvements.
- Maintain a consistent bias for action and resolute decision making; may manage multiple simultaneous projects and client assignments.
- Cultivate new work with clients and continuously pursue opportunities to provide mechanical engineering, design, and construction services.
Project responsibilities
Develop work scopes, cost estimates, executions plans, and proposals; coordinate field supervision to safely execute work per contract terms.Meet commitments and performance targets related to safety, financials, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction.Develop execution plans and schedules applying ITAC methods.Work with engineering, other trades, and construction management resources to coordinate EPC / CM and design-build projects.Host kickoff meetings with customers and ITAC teams; establish safety plans, roles, responsibilities, and communication plans.Provide field supervision with all applicable project information and maintain schedules and cost control; direct ITAC supervisors for efficient resource use.Foster customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 5 years of mechanical project management experience in the construction industryMultidiscipline project management experience preferredIn-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, codes and regulations related to heavy industrial constructionStrong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teamsOSHA 10 certificationCheck-out, commissioning, startup experienceProficient with Microsoft Word and ExcelFamiliar with scheduling tools / techniques (MS Project and / or Primavera)Procore experience, preferredBenefits
