Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, and is able to remain calm under pressure.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service via inbound and outbound callsExcellent skills in PestPac and WorkwavePerform data entry tasks accurately and efficientlyAnalyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutionsGenerate sales leads and schedule service calls based on customer and technician availabilityProcess payments and resolve billing concernsMaintaining records via internal system for accuracy with a focus on detailsProvide general quotes for service requests and timely follow-up on inquiriesStay informed about industry trends, company policies, and new productsSupport special reports and projects as neededHandle customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessaryResolve customer issuesIdentify the reason for the customers call, collect relevant information, and provide solutionsUse best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customersDocument all customer interactionsMeet personal and team quotasAttend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledgeQualifications
High school diploma / GEDPrevious experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferredComfortable using computers and customer management softwareExcellent phone and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of active listening techniquesAbility to work well under pressureHighly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
