Executive Administrative Assistant
Location : On site at location listed in job posting.
This Executive Administrative Assistant performs a wide variety of basic, complex, and confidential administrative duties in support of our Market President.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepares PowerPoints, agendas, handouts, documents, and any other needed material
- Light Project Management
- Performs general administrative functions in support of Executive and Senior Leadership including typing, copying, organizing, ordering, filing, etc.
- Coordinates executives schedule and makes appointments
- Arranges and coordinates travel and reservations
- Schedules and prepares for meetings, programs, and events
- Creates and maintains presentations, spreadsheets, databases, and other documents
- Attends meetings and records notes as needed
- Screens incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when appropriate
- Composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents
- Corresponds and coordinates with other departments and external entities as needed
- Reviews and disseminates information received from other departments and external sources
- Researches, compiles, and analyzes data for various projects
- Performs all other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
