Responsibilities :
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including timely invoicing and payments.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to verify account balances and identify discrepancies.
- Utilize QuickBooks to track and organize financial data efficiently.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries as needed for management review.
- Monitor and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to financial records.
- Assist with audits and compliance documentation to ensure adherence to regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve accounting procedures and workflows.
- Keep up-to-date with accounting best practices and industry standards.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
