Direct Support Professional - DSP

At AHL Healthcare Group Inc., we're passionate about empowering individuals with dignity and support. We're currently hiring for a full- or part-time Direct Support Professional - DSP in Zimmerman, MN. You'll earn $17 - $19 / hour. Our home living team also enjoys generous benefits, such as :

This is typically a part-time position with a rotating schedule, including every other weekend. Full-time opportunities may occasionally become available.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL - DSP

As a Direct Support Professional - DSP, your day will be focused on supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily living needs and routines. You will begin your shift by assisting with personal care and other ADLs (activities of daily living), followed by administering medications as needed. You'll help prepare simple meals and maintain a clean and comfortable home environment with light housekeeping tasks. You will also be responsible for safely transporting individuals to and from their appointments, playing a crucial role in ensuring their days are smooth and stress-free.
