Location : Big Bend, WI (Hybrid – 1 WFH Day / Week)

Pay : $52,000 – $65,000 base (DOE) + annual performance bonus

The Role

We’re on the hunt for an Event Sales Representative who knows how to connect with people and keep the details tight. You’ll be the person clients trust—from that first conversation to the final toast—making sure their event goes off without a hitch. If you’ve got grit, passion, and a knack for building relationships, you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the go-to contact for clients from start to finish
• Build out custom proposals that balance client goals + profitability
• Lead site visits, tastings, and walkthroughs to lock in new business
• Get out there—networking, community events, and brand building
• Partner with our team and vendors so every detail runs smooth
• Show up onsite when needed to keep events on point
• Keep everything organized in Caterease + Google Calendar
