Remote Logistics Sales Executive - Cold Chain Freight

We’re searching for a proven closer who knows the temperature-controlled freight world (LTL + Truckload) inside and out - and wants the tools, support, and freedom to scale their success.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the trusted partner for shippers with cold chain needs - providing solutions they can rely on.
  • Hunt & capture new opportunities through smart prospecting, referrals, and creative outreach.
  • Own the sales cycle from first call quote negotiation close seamless onboarding.
  • Work hand-in-hand with top-tier ops teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Stay sharp on market trends and turn insights into revenue.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of freight / logistics sales experience (you know the hustle).
  • Cold chain expertise - LTL, TL, reefer, temp-controlled freight.
  • Proven book of business ($3M+ in revenue generation a plus).
  • Relationship-building skills that turn first-time customers into repeat clients.
  • Tech-savvy mindset - CRM skills, Microsoft Office, bonus if you’re Excel-fluent.
