Production Specialist

We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our operations team in a hybrid role combining Print Production Specialist and Distribution Specialist responsibilities. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow with our organization as our printing and fulfillment needs expand.

Initially, you’ll split your time between supporting our print production processes—learning screen and pad printing, preparing artwork and screens, and operating various printing machines—and assisting with distribution activities, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping coordination. As our print operations grow, this role is designed to transition into a dedicated Print Production position.

We’re looking for someone who’s eager to learn, takes initiative, and values quality and precision. Prior experience in screen printing is highly desirable, and you will receive comprehensive training. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop hands-on production skills while contributing to the smooth flow of our overall operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain screen printing and pad printing equipment under supervision.
• Prepare screens, pads, inks, and substrates for the printing process.
• Ensure proper alignment, registration, and ink coverage during production runs.
• Inspect printed products for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Assist with troubleshooting basic printing issues (smudging, misalignment, etc.).
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Support inventory management of inks, chemicals, and supplies.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., design, marketing, sales) to ensure smooth workflow and timely order completion.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
• Assisting distribution with picking, packing, and shipping orders.
• Other various daily tasks.
