Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications :

manufacturing or production environment

in a private, public, government or military setting.

Work location

(Ability to work non-traditional work schedule, which requires working on a rotating shift (nights / weekends / holidays)

Travel : Up to 5% domestic travel
