Mainframe QA Engineers

Overview

Primary skill set – Cobol, DB2, JCL, MVS, ChangeMan (good to have)

Responsibilities

• Perform integration and regression testing for modules that are changed based on the project requirements
• Identify test cases needed for each module change and document them
• Identify and create test data to cover the identified test cases
• Communicate with developers and management about QA findings
• Work with other Client's internal teams to test and validate dependencies
• Work with external vendors where necessary to test and validate dependencies
• Use JIRA and Confluence for managing work and documentation
